Mastering Acrylic, One Week Course August 20-24, 2012

Let’s get something straight right off the bat. The One Week Course is not for the weak at heart. For five straight days, we’re going to challenge you, inspire you, and work you hard. Then, when it’s all over, you’ll leave a better nail tech – and better business person – than you ever thought possible.

In other words, it’s the most intense, intensive training you can imagine. One week that will teach you everything you ever wanted to know about nails.  Plus some things you didn’t even know that you didn’t know.
Then, if that weren’t enough, we’ll have you recreate everything you learned, over and over again until it’s perfect. We’ll even test your skills in a salon-experience drill, where you’ll complete seven complete services in eight hours.

This awesome week-long course will be held at our newly-opened training facility, Young Nails tech. This state-of-the-nail-art facility is the only one of its kind anywhere in the world. Designed to give you a true “salon” experience, nothing has been left out. From files to lamps to disinfecting materials, to the latest in gels and nail art.

Maybe you think you know acrylics, maybe you think you’re pretty good, but believe us, after this OWC you will even amaze yourself. Greg and our Senior Mentors will be teaching you in-depth product knowledge, prep, application, and finishing on natural overlays. You’ll learn the proper use of forms, the latest in sculpting, and how to improve your time. You’ll also learn about mani•Q color, plus tips and tricks. Glitter Art. Flowers. Pink-and-whites. Prepping for fills, and backfills.

OWC includes all in-class materials and equipment to work with, workbook, daily lunch, Awards Dinner and a few yet-to-be-revealed goodies.
